KC-30 Tanker Program Proposal and SEIT ManagementSystems Design, Analysis & Integration (SDA&I) manager (acting) for the KC-30 Tanker Program, DOA for SEIT Director. Responsible for management and technical direction of all activities conducted as part of the SDA&I IPT within the SEIT. Position Reports to and provides direct management and systems engineering support to the SEIT director. Key member of the core engineering bridge team. Significant accomplishments include: primary author of section 1.2.1 of the CSOW, including the methodology to close the DR; SEIT IMS/IMP; MRA and staff planning; system engineering process architecture; detailed planning within our SEIT SOW for execution; lead on numerous EN's during bridge period.Deputy Book Boss, technical volume of the KC-30 Tanker proposal. Managed the R&D simulation group in the Advanced Technology department. As lead simulation engineer specific responsibilities included, but were not limited to: employee performance evaluations, budgeting of Internal Research and Development (IRaD) and Contract Research and Development (CRaD) activities, and engineering management. Performed many high level briefings on the simulation-based activities in support of Operation Joint Endeavor, including briefings and demonstrations

Principle Investigator on the Joint STARS Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) IR&D program. Performed engineering management, supported simulation-based marketing and selling activities for the Joint STARS program and worked as engineering lead for simulation R&D activities. Engineering lead on the first distributed network connection between Northrop and Grumman following the merger. Specific tasking included technical, logistical and security issues on the Grumman side to ensure a successful integration of the Joint STARS simulator with the B-2 simulator in Pico Rivera. The successful demonstration helped to create synergy between the two technology groups and to market the block 20 upgrade program on the B-2 bomber.Deployed with the Air Force during Operation Joint Endeavor as part of the 4500th Squadron stationed; Performed software design and implementation for innovative enhancements to Joint STARS in support of operational missions in theater.

Integrated and tested software upgrades into the Navy's F-14 Weapons System Trainer and the E-2 Operational Flight Trainer.

Lead Software Engineer for the design, development and implementation of a DIS compliant E-2 simulation. The simulation proved to be highly successful as part of the first DIS demonstration at the I/ITSEC conference in 1991. The simulation was coded in the C and Ada programming languages and utilized Object Oriented programming techniques.

Key engineer on the UH-1 flight simulator computer re-host and Ada Feasibility program. Design, implementation and test of the simulator's record and playback subsystem, and implementation of many other system components. Programmed approximately 10,000 lines of code using Object-Oriented principles in the Ada programming language.
