In a successful “Earn Out” deal, sold and turned over “B.M.N Building & Maintenance Ltd” the company I established and built from the first stone. Starting in 1985 I founded the Company specializing in Building Management, Maintenance & Systems throughout the years into being the largest Maintenance and Integrated Facility Management and Services supplier in Israel.For all the period of 24 years (1985 – 2009) I acted as Owner, CEO, and Maintenance Professional. The company was sold in 2007 to Electra Ltd as part of their one-stop-shop growth concept and turned over in December 2009. B.M.N then and today continues as the largest services company among companies in the field. (Then 90 million Nis, Employees around 500) My experience and expertise are in assembling of IFM/S (Integrated Facility Management and Services) projects, analyzing pricing activities and tenders.
