Consultant and contractor services in portfolio asset management , procurement ,facilities management , property management , tenancy management , programme management and project management. For 3 months of 2018, as a site-based contractor, I undertook the role of Senior Commissioning Manager (Project Director) for the new Palmerston Regional Hospital in Darwin. It was an intense period of preparing for and validating the operational readiness of the Hospital- as a campus of the Royal Darwin Hospital. The Hospital opened in August – testimony to the strong leadership of the COO, a great Project and Operational Team and rigorous Department of Health governance processes.

My responsibities include the development of strategies,plans, projects and products for the Department's public housing , government employee housing and affordable housing portfolios - in urban and remote Northern Territory communities.

Provide effective strategic and day-to-day management of Government's owned and leased office accommodation, employee housing , sport and recreation and transport related property portfolios to meet agencies' service delivery needs in the context of Government's broader planning, financial and other policy objectives.

Oversee the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement ( AGFMA ) and extend the AGFMA to SA Health and SAFECOM .( over 700 SA Health sites including 8 major metropolitan hospitals ) In 2012 the AGFMA undertook 150,000 jobs at a total cost of $170m through FM providers Spotless and DPTI BMFS.

I was the inaugural Australian Government Government Business Manager ( GBM ) resident in Amata overseeing the ' Closing the Gap ' Program . Amata is a remote Aboriginal Community in far NW South Australia
