As Security Governance and Customer Compliance Manager for the Benelux and France countries, David is managing a team of experienced account security and compliance officers interfacing with Enterprise Services accounts and customers.Team Primary responsibilities includes Security Governance, Management, Operational Risks, Audit and Compliance as well as Third Party Assurance on the accounts portfolio. David’s responsibilities also includes:- Identification, development and support of new business and growth opportunities within the Security market place.- Deal review: architecture, resources and risk validation- Resources planning and hiring plan- Ensure consistent performance against business targets for the sub-region- Accountable for the delivery of security governance, services and compliance for +40 customers across various industry sector: private (aeronautic, manufacturing, telecom, food, health, distribution, ..) and public sector- People development: Define clear team and individual objectives to support business strategy and target. Works with individual on career and personal development. Managing a team of ~22 people across various countries, understanding various culture.- Team Lead: create climate of trust, integrity climate, team work, applying open door policy.- Define security guardrails and implement improved deal assurance program across HP Enterprise Services in Sub-Regions- Implement EMEA Account compliance and Security baseline program- Drive improvements in customer satisfaction. Deploy complaint and escalation management framework.- Drive maturation of the account security officer function

France Security Officer:Responsible for the security management of several accounts at country level.• Manages customer relationship - Works closely with Customer Security Office to organize and plan security - Builds trust and mutual respect. Seeks customer confidence in HP account delivery - Exercise influence on security decisions - Anticipates issues and escalations - Balances proactive and reactive styles in keeping customer confidence - Up-sell of Global Information Security services, and support up-sell of other HP activities - Be the single point of contact concerning all security topics • Manages account governance relationship - Defines and implements the security governance model - Organizes security and compliance activities - Participates in Governance committees - Reports on Security and Compliance status at account executive level - Exercises influence on account governance decisions (budgets, priorities…)• Security Compliance and Operation - Adapts the security operations delivery to a growing operational scope - Monitors security operations fulfillment according to SOW/SLA - Be accountable for all security operation or delivery - Security Policies, Compliance, Risk Management, ISO27001, Audit - Development of the Account Security Plan program. - Be accountable for all security topics • Works closely with the Account team inside the governance team - Account management, Innovation and technology office - Organization of security duties; escalations.Site Security Officer role:• Manage customer or internal audits. - ISAE3204, - SOC 2 on specific business part - ISO27001, - PCI DSS - ...• Definition and improvement process• Remediation project
