Hello,My name is David and I am a Game and Tools Programmer. I am a passionate Programmer and gamer so it makes me very happy to be able to combine both things in one job. I like to develop tools to make life easier for my colleagues. I also love optimising code and refactoring it for readability and self-documentation.I have experience working in a team and like to work closely together with other developers so that different parts of a project work together as good as possible. This I learned over many different projects during my education.The most interesting project I developed so far was a VR fighting game in which we tracked the users' real work motions using a Microsoft Kinect. We processed this information to execute different attacks depending on the real-world motion of the player. We did this to create a highly immersive experience for the player. Using this we studied different kinds of methods for displaying information in VR. In the end, we were able to publish our findings at the ICAT-EGVE as a poster and received a lot of positive feedback.
