Caribbean Riviera Land Investment Portfolio contains 16 prime beach front and ocean view properties located on the Caribbean Coast of Panama.The portfolio is owned by a group of sophisticated private investors with many years of investing in international real estate. The business model is founded on the principle of creating high profit, through a high risk Land Banking investment in future tourism hotspots. A value added strategy of converting raw, undeveloped land into high valuable land that is titled, rezoned and ready for development. As soon as this value added strategy has been successfully completed the portfolio, or parts of it, will be offered to other investors/developers.A strong management team is in place that has put together the portfolio and is in charge of all management aspects, including legal issues, fencing, infrastructure, cleaning and construction, but also marketing and sales.
