I worked as a manufacturing engineer at their Richmond, IN location. I did traditional process engineer work towards improving quality, reducing scrap, and reducing costs as well managing incoming complaints to the area for which I was responsible. I aslo managed various equipment related projects in my area which tied into larger plant initiatives.

Managed daily issues of process conditions, machine operators' needs, equipment problems, process waste, resolving quality complaints, and improving labor efficiency within two manufacturing cells.
