Responsibilities include supervision of a staff of 16 people in the service department, including ten service technicians, two installation technicians, an assistant service manager-dispatcher and a stock clerk.Also responsible for the oil department, including 12 oil drivers, two trailer drivers and a garage mechanic. Additional responsibilities include sales, office staffs, composing of the annual Newsletter, and some IT responsibilities.My duties also include the scheduling of installations, providing technical and logistical support for the sales department.In addition, Arlex has a petroleum tank removal and replacement business, and it is my duty to coordinate underground tank removal with local and state authorities, troubleshooting in the office and the field and public relations.I have a great deal of customer and community contact.I report directly to the President.
