Provided interim support while a permanent IT Administrator was located. In this role I managed the day-to-day operation of the local computing environment, cloud storage, email and mobile device platforms. I was also the primary point of contact for training the permanent IT Administrator. Rolled out new iPad devices to salesforce via newly implemented MDM solution.

Managed all projects and programs for Windows and VM Infrastructure. Designed a led training for Office 365 and created a SharePoint socialization and adoption teams. Assisted other TPMs with adopting MS Teams with Planner for managing their projects.

Managed a team of 9 employees through day-to-day tasks and provided clients with DR and BC consulting services. I was the point person on developing a new DR/BC management application via .NET. Increased the productivity and profit of the organization by programming solutions for Office (VBA), Web (.NET), and local applications that managed, automated, and presented DR and BC concepts to client audiences. Maintained and administered SharePoint and Dynamics CRM environments. Provided the organization with IT administration and technical writing and review.
