Kessler is able to apply learnings through these programs to earlier in the customer lifecycle to improve the customer experience and minimise the volume of debt flowing into the collections process.My role at Kessler is to work with the agencies who execute the collection programs on behalf of our clients. I work closely with the analytics team to understand specific agency performance and provide feedback to improve overall performance.Managing the relationships with multiple agencies, understanding their internal strengths and appetite for debt types I am able work with the team to optimise existing programs and develop strategies for new programs as they arise.In addition I also work closely with external vendors to understand the current products and technologies in the marketplace and how these can be integrated into Kessler's program's to improve performance.

Frontline management role within written off consumer banking and finance debt, responsible for 10 - 18 direct reports.Core duties focussed around recruitment, development and management of the team and to provide motivation for the staff to reach collection expectations.My role was expanded to include the development of the collection strategy within the department, development and management of a functioning incentive model and provide assistance to my peers with effective management techniques. I successfully re-engineered the processes in the latter stage collection departments to achieve the business expectations.
