In addition, I will work in industrial brokerage and investment brokerage and mentor RESOURCE’s “Next Gen” brokers. I became a realtor in 1967 and transitioned into commercial real estate in 1984. I provide corporate real estate services to owners of businesses, specializing in Central Indiana industrial and office properties, representing landlords and tenants as well as sellers and buyers. I also hold experience representing investors in acquiring and disposing of income property as well as vacant ground in the “path of development.” Asset management and lease administration, negotiation, and investment property sales are key skills that I brings to the table. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) majoring in Economics from Wabash College. I am a faculty member of the CCIM Institute since 1994 and a certified coach with the Massimo Group since 2016.

This pot of money (approx. $150,000 each year) is generated from individual gifts—transactional giving, pledges, one time giftsEvents (Golf Outing, The Ball, and Feed the Fight) fund our operations—staff time, physical materials like those we are using today—food, paper, ink, etc. Lastly, we raise gifts for the endowment. These are one time or deferred gifts. The endowment funds, including the interest it generates, have remained unspent. The intention of this fund is to ultimately build it up so that the interest generated could sustain $100,000 to support our operating expenses. Ultimately, achieving this will greatly increase our grant making capacity.
