Serves as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of emerging healthcare companies regarding operational questions, and partners closely with internal partners to add value for clients. Onboards new legal entities, assists with KYC documentation, monitors overdrawn accounts and outgoing payments, and responds to other client requests.

Monitored the incident management mailbox and sent communications to all of Corporate & Investment Banking, reviewed documentation for errors, cleared technical exceptions, and supported the technology, media, and telecommunications vertical with account openings, wire monitoring, and other varied projects.

Helped manage the LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter account for LawWithoutWalls, an organization aimed at innovation through the collaboration of business and law students and professionals. Synthesized previous LawWithoutWalls participants’ notes into examples of innovative solutions for future use in the program.

Interned with the Charlotte Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) during the summer of 2019. Made short informational videos about upcoming fundraising events, managed social media profiles, contacted businesses for donations, and recorded donations.
