Served as an EOD section leader responsible for managing the training and employment of an EOD section as a worldwide deployable force capable of responding to and rendering safe the complete scope of explosive hazards from improvised explosive devices to Chemical, Biological, and nuclear hazards whether deploying from land or sea.Maintains accountability.

As a qualified high-risk instructor, instructed more than 2,300 joint service and partner nation students during over 3,500 hours of practical and classroom instruction on air delivered explosive ordnance and render safe procedures ultimately resulting in the graduation of 2,000 EOD technicians.Implemented weekly mentorship sessions for 291 Marine EOD.

Served in multiple roles as an EOD team robot operator, team leader, and section leader while in support of Marine Expeditionary Units deployed at sea as well as in the combat theaters of Iraq and Afghanistan.Led a small team of EOD technicians in more than 100 critical incident response missions that resulted in the rendering safe of more than 50.
