Mr. Binder’s experience includes:Representing management in aspects of employment law including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, whistle blower, breach of contract, defamation, fraud, and unfair competition.Representing employers before the WCAB throughout the State of California.
