I started as a swimming teaching assistant taking warmups and aiding new swimmers aged between 3 and 7 with the fundamentals and basics of swimming having to communicate effectively with them. I later promoted to a swimming coach for the club squads with ages 4-11, after I achieved my level 1 and 2 swimming teaching qualifications, where I had to write session plans and communicate on a larger scale to groups of up to 30 children at a time giving feedback as a whole to the group as well as to individuals on how to develop their technique to a competitive standard. During sessions I was responsible for all the children's safety and well being as well as coordinating my own assistant to aid with feedback to swimmers.
