Senior Military Analyst assists in updating TC 25-8, Training Ranges, range modernization planning, and project execution of digital range and urban operations facilities instrumentation systems to meet training requirements as identified by the proponents and are fielded IAW USACE, Huntsville MCX range configuration design standards. Provide subject matter expertise in the area of training range development. In this role, assist the Government with ensuring that proposed training ranges meet validated training requirements as identified by the proponent school, listed within TC 25-8, and/or as identified as a Contemporary Operating Environment (COE) project requiring immediate support. In addition, the Contractor shall assist in the development of concepts for future training ranges to meet the needs of the Army.
