My name is David Bishop, and I am a half-British, half-Canadian specialist in Haptic Pronunciation and accent reduction. I have a master's degree in TESOL, and 15 years of ESL and EFL teaching experience running successful business English programs at Coca Cola Japan, Salesforce Tokyo, IKEA Toronto and Amazon Vancouver. In 2015, I left Tokyo and returned to Canada to undertake a master's degree in TESOL. After graduation, I began my own private English pronunciation and test preparation endeavor, Westminster Elite English Pronunciation, and was hired by Amazon's Vancouver head office to reduce accent and improve the fluency of Amazon's international employees. In March of 2018, I returned to Tokyo to undertake a position as a lecturer at Tokyo International University, and currently teach Haptic pronunciation to Japanese students, as well as academic writing to TIU's international students.
