Played a key role as an SAP (Systems Applications and Products) Business Systems Engineer for GCSS-A (Global Combat Support System) in the Sustainment of an Army ERP system throughout its life cycle ensuring synchronization of master data between GCSS-Army, AESIP and other trading partners by analyzing help desk tickets submitted to update serial number profiles and bill of materials.
