On 30 November 2016 I retired as a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu to focus on establishing The Coastal Brewing Company and to seek non-executive director and audit committee roles.I am a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with over 24 years’ experience working with senior management, boards and audit committees across State and Federal Government, ASX listed, multi-national, private and not-for-profit organisations.I have significant experience working with organisations across a wide range of sectors including:• State and Federal Government• Fast Moving Consumer Goods• Construction• Life Sciences• Property• Not-for-profitFrom July 2005 - November 2016 I was a partner at Deloitte providing Assurance and Advisory services to clients as well as serving as the CFO for Deloitte Canberra and Western Sydney offices and more recently Deloitte Private nationally. During this time, I was also responsible for modelling and due diligence on proposed Deloitte investments and transactions.I hold a BA(Hons) in Economics, an MBA, am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a registered company auditor and hold a graduate certificate in Brewing.
