I am a highly experienced leader in the automotive sector, specialising in the Concept and Design phases of vehicle development, with first hand experience of multiple roles within these disciplines. I have experience across all passenger car segments with a specialism in the sports-luxury sector, developed over 15 years.My contribution has been instrumental in the creation of vehicle concepts for all current Bentley products and many yet to emerge into the market place. As such, I have rare insight into the creation and development of 'new luxury' for an automotive brand. I have assisted business transformations to achieve a dominant position in the luxury market, and to maintain this position through electrification.My unusual blend of technical and creative skills is complemented with strong leadership and a strategic thinking bias, underpinned by over 10 years working in Design studios throughout Europe, and 15 years at the heart of R&D.
