• I created the infrastructure department where I developed the network policies and creation of the domain controller base in windows 2012 R2 standard server edition. • Keep the network policies safe and have a high security level in our network, I installed and manage the Fortinet firewall 800D.• I used Fortinet technology to make a VPN among the main office in Houston, the office in Mexico, and our servers located in a collocation facility in Katy TX. All workstation and servers among the VPN where part of the domain controller.• All our LAN was made in cat 6 and cat 6A structural cable, to guarantee high speed connections into all workstations.• I implemented the installation of 10Gbps Network Cards in the work stations with heavy network traffic. These workstations network connections were base in cat 6A structural cables.• To manage a high volume of images, is essential to have a well organize server structure. In order to accomplish this goal, I divided the servers in: production server, file server (using powervoult storage Dell technology), and virtual servers (Using VM ware workstation technology). • I created the Imaging division. This division was in charge of collect the images in different file formats coming from our clients and edit them, then converted to tif, jpg, or pdf file, depending on customer's needs.• I created and developed software tools to accomplish our production goals using different technologies. Among these technologies, I used: MySQL, Apache, and PHP; Microsoft SQL and visual basic; Filemaker Pro, Filemaker Advance and Filemaker Server; Adobe products as Photoshop, Bridge, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator.• I was in charge of the acquisition of High technology equipment to convert documents into digital format. Into these equipment we have high technology scanners to scan microfilms, microfiche, paper documents, and more. I was in charge of trained the new operators.
