Pensioner administration including adding and ceasing members to pensioner payroll, pension increases, tax queries, providing information to DWP, reclaiming overpaid pension instalments following deaths, tracing members when payments/correspondence are returned, commutation of pensions in payment, and general pensioner record maintenance including bank changes and address updates. Other duties include liaising with members and other schemes to find, resolve and implement solutions to queries and complaints, data cleansing exercises and periodic comprehensive stewardship reports. Internal Quality Auditor, responsible for leading and conducting audits to ensure that STC's business processes are operating in line with our Quality Management System (QMS), which itself complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.About SAUL Trustee CompanySAUL was set up on 1 April 1976 to provide pension benefits for non-academic employees of the University of London and associated institutions. It now covers 49 colleges and institutions that have links with higher education in the south-east of England, including most of the colleges of the University of London, Imperial College, the Royal College of Art and the Universites of Kent and Essex.
