CurrentIT Director , providing IT leadership and direction, serving a IT key staff role to Operations Directors, corporate IT teams and project teams• Directly manage 25 direct reports in 11 plants in Europe distributed in Spain, France, Germany and UK.• Partner of EMEA Business Unit leadership teams to ensure IT strategy and its alignament to Business strategy.• Develop IT strategy plan, roadmaps, IT budget , operating IT goals and key performance metrics.• Assist Operations management and IT services and project management with the identification and definition of IT requirements, including IT budgets development, presentation and management.• Interface with other Global, Corporate, regional IT leaders as key IT representative.• Communicate IT activities, projects, iniciatives and new technologies at different levels of the organization.• Stay updated and analyse new technologies and IT trends.• Develop and ensure IT standard. Yearly audits.• Assist and support business projects from IT.• Responsible of IT team management , development and engagement.
