David is a Business & Policy consultant in the Washington, D.C. area.Previously, David worked as an Administrative Assistant in the office of Maryland Governor Larry Hogan. Working in the Executive Services Department, his responsibilities included:- coordinating with 100+ Maryland State agencies to help resolve bureaucratic issues brought by constituents.- regularly collaborating with senior staff of numerous different state agencies and county governments to help resolve constituent issues.- specializing in the handling of legally and bureaucratically complex issues received by the Governor's office.- gathering data to identify and report on existing and developing trends in public opinion.- the drafting and delivery of official communications including issue response letters and awards.David had previously been an intern in the Hogan administration for several months, until he was hired on full time.His employment follows his graduation from the University of Maryland, College Park in May of 2022, where he received a BA in Government & Politics. With a GPA of 3.9, his focus was on developing his analytical and editorial skills, as well as his interpersonal, networking, and leadership skills.
