• Manage mass production of high quality electronic and mechanical parts and assemblies in Eastern Europe and China.

• Conduct supplier selection for new local and foreign suppliers from SOW to final Qualification for critical parts and assemblies including coordination of Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing support.
• Defined Negevtech's supplier requirements, wrote all procedures, and coordinated implementation for Supplier Management, SOW's, Supplier Selection, Supplier Evaluation, and Parts Repair.
• Created and implemented Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) with suppliers that were preventing Negevtech from meeting its Operational and Business Goals.

•  Negotiated pricing, terms and conditions of relationships with existing and potential suppliers.  Coordinated and implemented supplier strategy with large Asian component suppliers and subcontractors as well as.
• Eliminated need for senior management intervention in everyday supply chain issues and enabled rapid adjustment to order quantities without suffering pricing changes from suppliers. Electronics Purchasing, Group Leader.
• Managed a group of buyers and supplier coordinators in all aspects of electronic procurement from components to cables, and printed circuit assemblies to turn-key projects.
• Outsourced PCB’s, cables and other parts to vendors in the Far East in order to achieve major cost reductions.
