I have been the Director of Aviation at Arlo Consulting LLC, a Part 91 flight department, for over seven years now. I've also held the role of Safety Officer and Interim Aviation Manager. I have helped the flight department achieve Stage 3 IS-BAO certification. I have developed a Flight Operations Manual and Safety Management System for the department. I have been involved in purchasing a new and used business jets and selling the old ones. I've been lucky enough to hire some great people to help me achieve all these things. I've got a great principle who invests into the department. Prior to my Part 91 experience, I was a Captain at ExpressJet (Continental Express) for almost fifteen years.
