I am an advisor/consultant/facilitator to Boards, executives and senior leaders on business and organisational strategies.I bring a unique blend of deep expertise and experience that shifts the quality of strategic thinking. I’ve facilitated more than 100 Board, executive and senior leadership workshops. Clients have include global professional service firms, mining companies and an array of SME’s including technology, medical research and community organisations. I came into consulting off a track record as a successful CEO, where I bid, won, negotiated and delivered multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts. I led the organisation from struggling to the most successful player in the sector. I also designed and launched an Executive MBA program at Curtin’s Graduate School of Business. After a lifetime of learning, I have a doctorate, specialising in transformational leadership. I am also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Board member and recently appointed Chair at ChemCentreWA. I continue my teaching as an Adjunct Associate Professor at UWA’s Business School, where I teach the MBA capstone unit on business strategy.
