Golden Pass LNG is an ExxonMobil/Qatar Energy Joint Venture formed in the early 2000s to import LNG. In 2019, shareholders made a $12B Final Investment Decision to transform the import terminal into an export facility with capacity to produce and export 15.6 million metric tons of LNG per year.Developed technology roadmap aligned with constructions and plant milestones. Created Program Management Office to effectively manage cost, schedule, resources, and communications for a multi-year program to implement systems and processes required for start-up of an LNG export terminal. Implemented cloud first strategy and SaaS model to minimize capital investment and establish scalable platform for agility, security, resiliency, and continuity. Created strategic, business-oriented IT team and contracted with numerous implementation partners, contractors, and managed service providers to simultaneously implement systems and processes required for start-up. Managing 17 IT implementation projects concurrently at the end of 3Q22.Led selection and implementation of SAP S/4 in Azure for ERP and Endur for Energy Trading and Risk Management in Azure in less than 12 months. Established seamless global infrastructure to support corporate applications and Tier I ERP system. Consolidated data centers which reduced recurring costs by 15%, and reengineered business processes to standardize and centralize back office functions and eliminate cost of redundant people, hardware, software and maintenance.
