Responsible for Sales Team developing tiling and adhesives products and ancillarys.

Responsible for development of flooring products sales and brand in UK and Ireland. Developing and mentoring internal and external sales team responsible for importing flooring from German manufacturing plants to UK and Irish Markets. Responsible for developing traditional wholesale distribution channels, DIY channel and Trade outlets.Proven ability to grow market share across all sales channels, develop sales and marketing strategies to support and enhance the growth.Create and execute Marketing plans to support the Sales objectives of the business in branded and own label products.Working closely with product management to develop new products suitable for UK and Irish markets and specific products and services for strategic customers.Demonstrate strong CRM skills, and supporting key customers with product and service innovations to grow sales and profit margins.

Responsible for development of National and Regional Key customers in 2 step distribution channel and Direct Retail Accounts in DIY multiples and National Merchants and Trade customers with both branded products and customer own label collections.

Sales and Brand development of automotive and DIY chemicals in DIY multiples, key retailers and National Distribution.

Development of Key Accounts across DIY multiples, DIY wholesale Distributors, Garden Centre Groups and Gardening Wholesale Distributors.

Headed up development of Brand strategy for DIY sundries in Retail and Trade channels, analysed competitor and market behaviour to identify and develop New Product Innovation to support Sales function.
