Supervised 12 Planning and Support Analysts, providing technical support and software assistance for staff in branches throughout the state. Ensured the successful rollout and implementation of our new case processing system. Served as a local security officer in my branch and provided systems and facility security procedures, policy, and technical assistance to the other branches in my division. Prepared all division branches for internal and external security reviews and audits.

Supervised 3 analysts and 12 support staff in vendor file maintenance, threat reporting, fiscal reporting/vendor payment, and updating facility security plans for several branches throughout the state. Served as the hiring manager for 1 analyst and 11 support staff, as the size of the team increased substantially. Oversaw increased efficiencies in several areas, including a transition to a web-based vendor file request system with improved management information, reporting and search features. Engaged in preparations for the implementation of a new case processing system for the Division.

Started my work at the Central Support Services Branch of the Disability Determination Service Division as a Quality Assurance Analyst for State Programs, ensuring that determinations on Title XIX disability cases were made in accordance with policy. Currently working as a Technical Services Specialist, which includes drafting the Security Plan for the Division (which has branches throughout the state), assisting with the maintenance of DDSD's vendor file, writing responses to Congressional inquiries, responding to threats and incidents throughout the Division, and briefing executives and supervisors on the progress of the Disability Case Processing System (DCPS) that is currently in development.

Adjudicated Title II (Social Security) and Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) disability claims in a timely and accurate manner and received multiple commendations for quality performance from reviewers within the division as well as the Social Security Administration. Served as a training assistant for the following Fall training class. Performed a specialist role as a DEA III as an Operations Support Analyst, overseeing the intake and receipt of new cases, assisting with technical issues, and holding workshops with staff to improve performance in the Operations Support Bureau.
