• Oversee a 24/7/365 global operation, responsible for the protection of company assets and the safety of 70,000 employees across 150 countries• Directly manage a team of Global Security Supervisors and their Communications Analysts to ensure the successful completion of business objectives• Facilitate the early identification and immediate notification of global events to potentially impacted personnel, executive leadership and appropriate business partners• Monitor employee high risk travel, special events, conferences and conventions• Coordinate the response to emergency events impacting Abbott’s Global Headquarters and serve as the Incident Commander for those events, as appropriate. • Lead Blueprint sessions to gather topic information/requirements across all divisions of the company for ECC 6.0 implementations.• Developed harmonized Process Flows and documents for Warehouse / Logistics topics for ECC 6.0 implementations.• Present newly developed Process Flows, Key Design Decisions and Key Change Impacts to the business in large group settings.• Responsible for all key deliverables to ensure Symphony program goals are successfully completed per schedule.
