Responsible for corpporate communications, and creating new sales literature and re-drafting existing literature with new application and feature information. I used Adobe Illustrator and Page Maker along with other desk top publishing software to integrate text, graphics and photographs into all new and existing literature. I worked with each district sales manager and salesman in the company to provide them with all sales tools required, and helped them coordinate, schedule and run local and national trade show participation by Preferred Utilities. I published articles and news briefs regularly in industry trade magazines and journals for product and capability promotion. Initiated and maintained a direct mail promotion program to reach targeted specifying engineers, facility management decision makers and mechanical contractors.

I worked with our engineering department, manufacturing department and stock room to provide our customers with information and order updates. I produced promotional material for direct mail advertising for various catalog products.
