Job duties include taking over the phone reservation requests and in charge of overall daily operations with a team of three in shifts Morning afternoon and night shift. Weekends trained 8 - 10 year old's how to drive and properly maneuver the coarse and teach them basic driving skills to prepare them for a race on our track. Close attention to detail and a gift for gab. After setting up for the auction i would then take place where ever they needed me. I was a runner collecting home purchases through wells Fargo, and also a greeter for people coming to our venue. Disneyland resort what a fun job to talk about. This was my first job out of high school and a great door into the world of customer service. I tell people that I bring the magic because Disney made me and that's 100% true. Disneyland and Disney university was the greatest start to my journey and has paved the way throughout my life. I would recommend anyone that needs help with customer service to work at Disney for a year and get back with me. Disney taught me to always put on the show and to always smile when helping people because we are all family.
