- Assists in executing the company’s marketing visions at our four story, 60,000+ square foot Green Hills Mall location by leading product deliveries and maintaining gallery floor and back of house spaces.- Coordinates with regional leaders on planograms and visual maps for new furniture pads (I am currently leading a full inventory refresh, with new collections, of our entire gallery space) and works with local leadership for execution.- Tracks freight shipments of large quantities of inventory to our Lavergne warehouse and coordinates delivery of product with that team; once on site, guides movers as well as my own team members for landing furniture pads to our very strict visual guidelines; trains design consultants on new product we’ve received.- Photographs our changing gallery spaces, uploading to a Google Drive for our merchants to review against planograms, maps.- On large projects, I assist our interior design team with landing product at our client’s homes, extending our very strict visual standards to this domain.- Maintains the visual integrity of our gallery spaces by frequent walks of the building, resetting and maintaining a vast array of product where needed; with varying shifts, I help open and close the building with leadership.- Maintains a keen eye for detail on every product in the building beyond just maintenance, coordinating with regional partners when replacements are needed and tracking this process.- Assists with back of house duties such as sorting smaller inventory and new furniture samples which I then place in our design ateliers.

- Served as the only full-time assistant to the business owner/architect, often assisting theconstruction lead as well, at a boutique architecture and construction company. Maypopspecializes in sustainable building practices on a wide range of new construction andrenovation projects, with multiple projects of various sizes underway at any given time.- Researched building material options and interior design selections, as well as their sources,as specified by the architect. Manage communications with new or go-to vendors, forquotes and orders. I place and track orders against Maypop’s projects’ timelines, organizingresearch findings, quotes and invoices on Maypop’s Google Drive.- Researched and touched base with new subcontractors, or maintain communication with go-tosubcontractors, for work on the projects, aligning communications and the work itselfagainst Maypop’s projects’ timelines.- Served as a point of contact between the clients and Maypop’s architect and constructionlead.- Assisted with putting together budgets and proposals for new projects with constructionsoftware CoConstruct and Microsoft Excel.- Managed receipts and invoices, assisted with bookkeeping duties.

- Advised clients on wide range of services offered by Chromatics and/or manage accounts of clients. Clientele primarily consists of artists and photographers as well as art galleries, museums and businesses.- Clients were advised on use of the state-of-the-art CRUSE Scanner (used primarily for scanning fine art); giclée paper and canvas printing; Lambda photographic printing; photo restoration and editing; mounting of prints on substrates for framing/hanging.- Assisted with production management; regularly meets with production teams across departments to plan/coordinate projects.

- Managed orders - purchased artwork and / or relevant products, edited photos for printing on a variety of media - for large art consulting projects for healthcare companies, senior living companies and corporate settings. Acted as the link between designers and teams of framers and installers.- Was responsible for monitoring orders, ensuring they were arriving in line with production schedules, and managing inventory. Upon receiving art, would inspect for quality, then organize inventory per assigned job (managing up to 15 projects weekly, spanning many months into the future).- Assisted with other tasks such as updating company’s website, managing / curating imagery on client-only art shop apps4design.com and organizing invoices for accounting.

-Did graphic design work for social media, t-shirts and posters.-To develop concepts for products, had thorough design meetings with brand owner. Did a lot of design research for the meetings, developed many prototype examples of work. -During internship period (June & July), wrote articles on blog about products in store as well as events related to brand/store, and updated website.

-Prepped screens for screenprinting projects at Friendly Arctic.-I was the link between the sales/design team and the production team; I was relied on to manage the schedule (anywhere from 30-50 jobs per week), to make sure all jobs were being done on time, with the proper artwork provided.

-Assisted various artisans employed by Noble at work sites 10 hours per week, with custom projects at residential or small business locations centric around interior design and exterior work. -Participated in meetings with project managers and artisans concerning project planning, allocation of resources, etc., also planning installations of art and design commissions.
