I have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Innovation from Victoria University, where I learned how to create and implement effective marketing strategies and solutions. Currently, I work as a Customer Engagement Concierge at Bupa, one of the leading health and care providers in Australia. My core competencies include customer engagement, web design, and marketing.In my role at Bupa, I manage inbound email and phone inquiries from families seeking aged care for their loved ones. I also organise facility tours and provide guidance on costs and financial alternatives when needed. I use my web design skills to create and maintain user-friendly and informative web pages for Bupa's aged care services. I am passionate about helping people find the best care options for their needs and preferences. I value working in a supportive and collaborative team that strives to deliver high-quality service and care to our customers.
