I lead a team of 20+ people that delivers energy efficiency and behaviour change projects and monitoring and innovation across Wales.Our track record includes;As Scheme Managers, delivering Welsh Governments Warm Homes Arbed Project across south and West Wales. Working collaboratively with Welsh Government, our Frameworks, local authorities and Communities we have delivered improvements to several thousand households and delivered £40+ million project in 3 years, whilst also creating over 360 new jobs, delivering community benefit projects and demonstrating an investment to the Welsh economy in excess of £80 million;Successful compilation and delivery of energy efficiency bids on behalf of local authority partners. Over the last 3 years we have prepared and delivered bids to improve the energy efficiency of homes across south Wales, having bids for and secured in excess of £20 million for our local authority partnersThe Team also incorporates the 'Little by Little' Team which is delivering behaviour change and a schools educational programme in partnership with 5 local authorities and funded by Welsh Government.
