As a veteran real estate professional, my objective is to remind people of the important role real estate investment can play when planning for one's future retirement. Additionally, I would hope to convince millennials and others who may be worried that they may be priced out of the market, as well as those who are simply discouraged by competitive bidding wars, that there are practical alternative purchase options to the traditional single family home.
