- Liaison between ASCEND Climbing and the local population and businesses during the construction and fit-out of ASCEND – Erie.- Build brand awareness and excitement for Erie, PA’s first indoor rock climbing facility. A 26,000 SF facility, featuring bouldering terrain, 45’ tall rope walls (lead, top-rope, auto-belay), yoga classes and workshops, fitness and training areas, youth programming, slacklines, retail and concessions, group spaces, community events.- Location scheduled to open early Fall 2023

- Successfully represented multiple brands, including Butora climbing shoes, 8BPUS chalk and chalkbags, Maxim rope, ClimbLab air filtration and hold cleaning systems, and HARNESS marketing services.- Developed relationships with partner climbing gyms and prospected for opportunities across remaining gyms in the Northeast U.S and Canada- Onboarded and maintained relationships with new accounts.- Looked for growth opportunities from within the existing book of business.- Participated in weekly sales calls- Attended annual trade shows- Maintained product and industry knowledge

- Development of the Business Plan, including Pro-forma Financial Statements, Operating Agreement, Private Placement Memo, and Pitch Decks- Oversees all aspects of the small business development process including assignment of work, establishing relationships with vendors, design, and marketing- Researches and oversees financing options- Building relationships with potential investors- Keep abreast of developments and build relationships with peers in the indoor climbing gym industry

- Develop investment strategies for high net worth clients, including the establishment of risk and return goals, appropriate asset allocation, liquidity, and providing portfolio management and monitoring - Manage institutional client portfolios, including defined benefit pensions, endowments, and foundations. Duties include appropriate asset allocations, and portfolio management and monitoring - Member of the Investment Strategy Committee, which is responsible for the development and implementation of departmental investment philosophy and strategy. Served on the Tactical, Funds and Models, and ProAdvisor sub-committees. Served as the chair of the ProAdvisor sub-committee - Responsible for the management and oversight of approximately $228 million of client assets, with an average account size of $1.5 million - Required to stay abreast of current market and economic conditions for the purposes of aiding in the development of departmental investment strategies - Meet with clients, prospects, and centers-of-influence to discuss market and economic conditions and review portfolio performance and positioning, as well as discuss the advantages of utilizing FNB’s services - Works with Internal Business Partners to expand bank relationships
