Interim position to help with the contract transition and staff training for the operations and maintenance of multiple airport networks including, DAS, Wi-Fi, SATV & Cable Plant at Detroit Metropolitan Airport.

Responsible for supporting various DAS design activities as well as the generation and execution of DAS Project & Program Plans. Provides daily management of DAS-related activities in DTW and other airports as assigned. Provides technical and management support to operate and maintain the DTW WLAN. Review executed Host Agency contracts, carrier agreements, subcontracts, etc. Prepare Project Plans and set up project teams. Conduct on-site implementation and operations work in accordance with Agreements, Contracts and Project Plans. Work directly with host facility representatives to establish and maintain cooperative relationships. Support the discovery, review, and evaluation of all potential service sub-contractors. Coordinate site access; subcontract necessary security firms; obtain airport security access badges. Follow Program Control’s Project Tracking and Reporting Process. Conduct Program/Project Review Meetings/Presentations as necessary. Establish Preventative & Emergency Maintenance Plans. Adhere to project budget(s). Conduct on-site management of all Concourse/Boingo field personnel, contractors & subcontractors. Coordinate and oversee all acceptance testing. Coordinate and oversee all project management work schedules. Manage Operational Issues. Prepare internal and external status reports as necessary. Serve as the first contact for contract compliance.Discover and internally coordinate new business opportunities.Work directly with vendors in areas of: documentation, spares, support, upgrades, commissioning, ATP, maintenance, reporting as required.
