However, I've been transitioning into a Sales Engineer role with a focus in SD-WAN solutions. I have been designing, implementing and supporting VeloCloud and InSpeeds SD-WAN solutions mostly. Configured and shipped Juniper switches and routers for our VPN clients gaining valuable experience with JunOS and ScreenOS. Worked with many virtual systems utilizing VMware with both Linux and Windows environments. Monitored performance with Nagios, HP Tools, Osiris and Swatch Alerts.

Supervised a team of fourteen personnel responsible for the daily operation and administration of five different systems consisting of twelve servers, 300 computers, and 400 users.Held the position of Leading Petty Officer of the Navy Message Center division. This division had a staff of eight, and was responsible for the accurate preparation, processing and transmission of 1,200 naval messages daily.Manned the Systems Control Supervisor watch managing the help desk, technical control (off ship communication), navy messaging, and the Top Secret communication center in a 24/7 high tempo environment on Commander 7th Fleet's communication flag ship.
