Over the past two decades, I have had the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with world-class coaches and leaders in the cricket and Olympic sectors. During those 20 years, I developed creativity, resilience, a person-centred approach, and a solution-finding approach that enabled me to create and monitor successful programmes and strategic plans endorsed by both the French sports ministry and the International governing body.I am bringing a broader perspective to training and developing people where nothing is taken for granted and everyone can achieve their best version if they work for it.My ability to build a trusting and person-centered working relationship has enabled me to successfully develop and nurture young players and developed great collaboration with people from different cultures and communities.In all the projects I have been a part of, connecting people together and adapting to the environment quickly and being person-centred have played an essential role in success.
