• Serve as primary product and services resource for the field sales teams, interfacing with clients as their key solution advisor and advocate. • Business-line owner of multiple evidence-based clinical decision support products - most recently CDS tools and infection prevention applications, including evidence-based intervention and quality measurement CDS rules content• Drove product innovation and lifecycle including the identification of market needs of clinical and leadership personas, requirement definition, development oversight, and product launch planning • Ensure a unified understanding of product development, features, and strategic positioning at a company-wide level including sales, marketing, software development, editorial, and lexicon teams
