• Develop a true Customer End-to-End Connectivity Performance dashboard with full capability to drill down by EE Module, SW Version, Region Build, Electrical Architecture, Feature packaging, etc.; encompassing all Global regions where Connectivity is present• Lead Connected Vehicle - KPI development from discovery to full implementation on online dashboard, implement data trend and historical analysis across NA and Global regions for the several Connected Vehicle features (Command and Controls, Over the Air Updates, Phone as a Key, etc.)• Measure, track and improve Connectivity Features’ Performance from a customer point of view, for all the above-mentioned features, while root-causing issues at different Platform Levels, working along with Product Owners and Product Managers to manage backlog and effectiveness of the different implemented/coming SW and/or HW fixes• Leverage usage of Connected Vehicle data (including dashboard demands) to prioritize and/or support any workstream under Connectivity Enterprise, PD, Quality, Business & Finance, and other supporting/requesting teams• Hire, Develop and Manage a skilled Eng’g/Data Scientist Team comprised of 25 direct/indirect reports, all focused on delivering relevant Connected Vehicle features across North America and 3 global engineers with dotted reports also supporting Performance Metrics in EU and APA• Coach, Manage and rollout both, Quality and End-to-End/Performance metrics and best practices at global Ford’s BUs (Europe, China, and South America);• Expand Operational Analytics team size in order to meet future deployment of new Connected features as well as leveraging Engineers technical and behavioral skillset
