Manage all warranty requirements of the general contractor(s), Oversee commissioning processes. Obtain a complete understanding of all mechanical, electrical, and physical systems of the building. Manage engineering staff, work orders. Perform troubleshooting of all mechanical/electrical systems. Operate the BAS system, forecast maintenance budgets, utility costs, oversee daily operations of the building, develop methods of procedure for maintenance. Work directly with tenants and ensure their satisfaction as a tenant.

Act as the Owner’s representative and manage the construction of a $160M 11story resort hotel located in Deer Valley, Utah. Direct the activities of the architect, engineers, consultants and general contractor. Review, process and approve pay applications. Manage the construction budget, negotiate change orders. Monitor schedule and the overall performance of construction.

Assist in the management of the engineering and security departments. Provide technical direction to engineering and maintenance crews. Manage construction projects being performed within the hospital. Chair the EOC committee that maintains the hospital’s accreditation and ensure a safe environment is maintained throughout the facility.

Direct a team of tenant coordinators, drafters and support staff members for a real estate development company. Direct tenant design and protect company assets by monitoring required construction obligations of the company and its tenants. Present development plans to city officials. Negotiate construction contracts, produce construction budgets, Award bids and manage construction.
