Developed a value add finance organization, built strong cross company relationships and improved processes leading to forecasting credibility. Improved deal profitability by developing a product/service pricing function and implementation of a governance structure for mid to large size deals. Directed the effort for improved sales pipeline reporting and sales productivity analysis improving the accountability of the sales and marketing function.
