• Engineering and Environmental Manger for multiple materials management assets encompassing approximately 2,500 acres, and including four (4) open and closed landfills, two (2) hauling companies, a recyclable material recovery facility, and a wastewater treatment plant.• Responsible contact for all matters regarding engineering, construction, site planning, and compliance.• Responsible for the preparation and implementation of associated capital, expense, and liability budgets across engineering and construction disciplines.

• Provide rapid, accurate, and reliable engineering design and permitting consultation services for multiple clients in the solid waste industry. • Proactively evaluate means of achieving and maintaining facility compliance, while regularly interfacing with regulatory review agencies, clients, and the public.

• Develop facility plans for operational sequencing and construction phasing.• Provide construction quality assurance and post closure monitoring.
