My strengths were perfected in an industry where success is directly influenced by quality and process improvements. • In my current position as Dairy and Feeds inspector, I have gained the respect and trust of livestock, dairy producers and feed suppliers throughout North Dakota and have a broad appreciation of their current and long-term aspirations. • I directed a diverse personnel, supervised all aspects of day-to-day operational requirements and management of a multi-million livestock /dairy manufacturing /production facility. My duties included promoting and marketing, inventory control, equipment /facility repair and maintenance, building planning and development, environmental and EPA compliance, while continually evaluating the performance of each function. • As a business owner engaged in multiple industries, I have accountability with budgeting, forecasting and scheduling where I continuously monitored performance, key metrics, programs, schedules, budgets and timelines for over 22 consecutive years that achieved significant growth.
