With the launch of Steve Madden in Australia, the brand was under the franchise of Nine West. I worked for both Nine West and Assisted in the launch of the Steve Madden visual merchandising across the 3 stores in NSW.I was responsible for State VM rollout and being reactive to sales along with decal execution.
