As Deputy Director of the Deeptech Division at Bpifrance, my main responsibility is to define and implement Bpifrance's value proposition to all players in the deeptech industry including universities, laboratories, technology transfer structures, incubators, and startups. The goal is to create a collective dynamic that supports the creation and development of deeptech startups, leveraging the 4 billion euros invested to date by Bpifrance.I coordinate a variety of services and programs that bring together over 700 startups, 300 ecosystem structures, funds, entrepreneurs, and corporates. This involves overseeing the Deeptech Plan's initiatives, such as lesdeeptech.fr, Deeptech Tour, i-PhD competition, Deeptank program, Deeptech community, and the Deeptech ObservatoryIn addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, I actively participate in the definition of the Deeptech Plan strategy. All of our actions are carried out in close collaboration with Bpifrance's global strategy. I also carefully compile and monitor the Deeptech Plan's figures to ensure that we are meeting our goals and making progress towards our objectives. These tasks involve coordinating and structuring the roles and responsibilities of approximately 30 people on a daily basis

As a team I launched several impactful initiatives to support the French Deeptech community, achieving strong KPIs.We organized the Deeptech Tour, with 35+ events on academic campuses, reaching over 30,000 people. Our i-PhD competition accelerated the projects of 108 young researchers, leading to 50% of startups creations. The Deeptank program mobilized over 300 structures, supporting the collective intelligence to accelerate innovative ideas.Through Les Deeptech community platform, we connected and supported 700 startups, and our co-created platform Lesdeeptech.fr with 25 partner organizations had over 30,000 users and 120,000 visits.Our Tandem and Tango services facilitated 300 matchmaking offers, resulting in the formation of 64 founding teams. These initiatives required sharp execution and coordination, making a significant impact on the French Deeptech ecosystem.

I played a key role in the implementation of the DeepTech plan launched by the French government in 2019 through Bpifrance, which was initially endowed with €3 billion. My responsibilities included leading two major initiatives:- Preparation and deployment of new financing products in 50 regional Bpifrance branches, leveraging guidelines, tools, and change management plans.- Writing and disseminating the "Generation Deeptech" manifesto, a book that was circulated to nearly 25,000 readers to support the roll-out of the DeepTech plan.Moreover, I played a crucial role in co-creating the value proposition of the Deeptech Division, laying the groundwork for its strategic direction and operational framework. This division now stands at the forefront of managing and driving forward this extensive and ambitious initiative.

As a freelance consultant in strategy and organization, I have multi-industry experience in marketing strategy, new business models, board-level presentations, and strategic paths. My achievements include designing and preparing the deployment of a new value proposition for a European leader in the medico-social field, preparing a key presentation for the board of a fast-growing start-up's new owner, and recasting the business and operations model for a French leader in health mutual. I have also defined the main technological projects for the board of a €3Bn-revenue insurance company over the next 5 years, deployed a key corporate program for a major car manufacturer in 19 countries, and conducted a feasibility study for extending the program to other categories of vehicles. Additionally, I have defined the range structure for a start-up in the biotech industry.
