Essential Duties/AccountabilitiesThe Coordinator is responsible for assisting salespeople in their customer service activities.Scheduling Loads –Type in all estimatesWatch for low or out of stock – get with manager if notice a discrepancy Reschedule all backorders when stock is filled – print new tickets & scheduled your salesmen the delivery board for the following 2 days; including lumber & trim board Special Orders –Quote, Review, Confirm, and order all windows with salesmen – ensure they give the go ahead before Get multiple quotes for all S/O product, not just going with the normal vendor. Follow up on all lead times.Creating purchase orders and setting up delivery.Review all confirmations for accuracy and costsBilling –Monitor credit availability per job and per customer. Get with salesmen on how customer intends to pay if they are not on an AR account – we will need pre-payment for every load unless authorized by managementEndure jobs are repriced, and all pricing is up to date – this is our responsibility and directly affects our bonus Ensure all no charges are applied correctly & locked in pricing is accurate if applicableEnsure all jobs are tied – lot number, address, and lumber or millwork note this makes all of our jobs easier as we help each other.Schedule all returns in a timely matterRun returns with correct pricing & invoiceInventory control Monthly and cycle counts

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.Responding to complaints from customers and answering the phone to help customers.Run sales reports.Assist project teams to establish plan for tracking and development goals.Pricing and purchasing special orders.Creating quotes and sales orders to send to customers and working up submittal packages.Sourcing products needed to fulfill job requirements.Inventory control on materials monthly.Developing New Business and New Customers.Sales Support for multiple Outside Sales representativeWorking with plan and spec on Dodge and other software systems.Working with General contractors and Architects.
